Satan is a prosecuting attorney who puts us on trial before God, constantly accusing and demanding we be sentenced, or condemned, to death, loss, pain, and imprisonment. Jesus is YOUR attorney. The only one with a right to charge us with sin and condemn us instead justified us and released us from the fear of being put to death.
